Royal Doulton Sweeting Figurine in rare blue color - HN1938.  This figure was designed by Leslie Harradine and was introduced in 1940 and withdrwan by 1949.  The hand painted dress represents the peak of quality of Doulton hand painting.  No chips or cracks observed on the figure - see photos for details of condition.
